# Hosting in Switzerland

The B-Bot Hub platform infrastructure is hosted on servers operated by **Phoeniqs Technologies AG in Switzerland**.

## Platform scope

The Swiss hosting environment covers the B-Bot-managed Hub application, platform services, APIs, and platform data storage.

This replaces the providers and regions listed in earlier versions of this declaration.

## Third-party services

B-Bot Hub can connect to services that are not part of the B-Bot-managed hosting environment, including:

* AI model and media providers
* Connected apps and MCP servers
* Authentication or payment services
* Services configured through Workflows, Tasks, or Distribution Channels

When such a service is enabled or used, the data sent to that service is processed according to its configuration, hosting locations, and terms. Review the applicable provider before sending sensitive or regulated data.
