# Company and Billing

The Company and Billing pages separate shared organization resources from your personal subscription.

## Create and switch companies

On **Company**, select **Create company**, then enter a name and optional description. The creator becomes the owner.

If you belong to more than one company, use the company selector to change the active company. Company-scoped agents, invitations, keys, billing, and seats use that active context.

Select the company image to upload a file, generate an image, or use an image URL.

## Company tabs

### Members

The Members tab lists each member's name, email, image, and role. From this tab you can:

* Invite a member by email
* Select a role for the invitation
* Add an optional personal message
* Change an existing member's role

The role selector shows the roles available for the active company. A role name alone is not a complete permission description; available actions also depend on the permissions assigned to the account.

### Agents

The Agents tab lists agents shared with the company. You can add one of your agents to the company or remove a shared agent. The built-in platform assistant is excluded from this list.

### Invitations

The Invitations tab shows invitation email, role, date, and status. A pending invitation can be cancelled. Recipients can accept or decline an invitation through its invitation flow.

### Keys

The Keys tab manages provider keys for the active company. Company scope does not create B-Bot API keys. See [Keys](/essentials/provider-keys).

## Personal and company billing

Billing opens in **Personal** scope. If you belong to a company, use the scope tabs to switch between personal and active-company billing.

The page can show:

* Current subscription and status
* Trial or renewal information, when returned
* Payment-method and cancellation actions, when billing is configured
* The external billing portal for invoices and plan changes
* Available monthly and yearly plans returned by the environment

Plan names, prices, currencies, intervals, and availability come from the billing service and can differ by environment.

## Company seats

Company billing includes seat controls for the products currently shown by the Hub. You can:

* Review used and total seats
* Increase or decrease seat quantity
* Assign or remove product seats for individual company members

The Hub prevents reducing a seat total below the number currently assigned.

## Open mode

If Stripe is not configured, the Billing page reports that billing is running in **open mode**. In that environment, the Hub indicates that features are unlocked and payment is not required.

Open mode is an environment state, not a purchased plan or a statement about other deployments. Follow the message shown in your current Hub.
