Create your Expert

​

Start to edit your expert

To edit your expert, click on the “Edit” button on the bottom right of your desired Experts card.

Basic Information

The Basic information is not editable anymore after the expert is created. If you want to change the basic information you have to create a new expert. This lies on our philosophy that the basic information is the core of the expert and should not be changed after the expert is created. The basic information includes the name, the profession, the description, these will be used as a wake word for the model to understand how it should act. if we would change these the model would not understand how it should act anymore.

Change or add the profile picture

You can add or change the profile picture for your expert. This will be shown in the chat and in the expert overview.

Edit add or remove abilities

You can add abilities to your expert. These abilities are branches of behavior that your expert can have. You can add as many abilities as you want. by pressing this button B-Bot will directly add a matching ability to your expert. you can edit them afterwards. Be sure to not put long texts in here. You can change the behavior of your expert in the training tab. these sentences are only for activating the behaviours and are resembling a “wake word” for the model to understand how it should act.

Add templates

You can add templates to your expert. These templates are predefined questions the user can ask to the expert. the controls are the same as for the abilities. You can add as many templates as you want.

You can see here how the temaplates are looking in the chat. The user can click on the template and the expert will answer the question.

Model Migration

In Future we will add the possibility to migrate the model of the expert. This will be a paid feature and will be available in the future.

App Connections

You can manage the app connections of your expert here. You can remove or edit apps from your expert. here. To add new Apps to your expert you have to go to the App Store.

Team

Every Expert can have a team of experts he is able to consult with. You can add or remove experts from the team of your expert here.

Save your expert

After you have filled in all the details you can save your expert. Your expert will be created and you can start to train or chat with it.

Congratulations

You have created your first expert. Now you can train it and chat with it.
