- Workflow creation, publishing, triggers, and test runs
- App connections, including remote MCP servers
- Channels for B-Bot Chat, Embed, API, Tasks, and public templates
- Companies, invitations, provider keys, profile settings, notifications, news, and guided tours
Context-dependent
- Selected agent: Resources, Knowledge, Training, Apps, Channels, Threads, and Tasks require a saved agent. They are unavailable when the built-in B-Bot assistant is selected.
- Provider keys and services: Model choices, AI-generated setup, image generation, app catalogs, training, and some chat tools depend on configured providers and available platform services.
- Company access: Shared agents, company keys, seats, and company-only chats depend on company membership and permissions.
- Browser support: Voice, notifications, clipboard actions, and some media behavior depend on browser permissions and supported browser APIs.
- Deployment configuration: Billing, analytics, web push, third-party integrations, and workspace previews can report that they are unavailable when their backing service is not configured.
